2015 Fumé Blanc 900, Sauvignon Blanc

"I would strongly suggest you arm yourself with many bottles of Sevilen, 900 Fume Blanc. This is the third vintage of this bone dry, super-refreshing Sauvignon Blanc grown on the limestone/clay Guney plateau inland from Izmir and would be an absolute godsend on a hot day in Turkey. It reminds me rather of PHI Sauvignon Blanc from a particularly cool part of the Yarra Valley. Searing acidity but quite enough fruit too. No-one would guess it was Turkish.  (Jancis Robinson MW)
